Shipping, Return and Refund Policy


Shipping

We ship in Italy via BRT express courier with delivery from 3-6 working days depending on the destination area. For shipments to smaller islands, the time may be longer. 

Standard shipping cost is €4.90 nationwide. The shipping charge is free for orders over 40.00€.

Express shipping may have a variable cost with delivery times of 24/48h business, except islands. Orders are processed by 11:00 am, any order sent after this time will be processed the next day.

Shipping of cash on delivery orders has a cost of €5.00 to be added to the order total.

During overcrowded periods, such as Christmas and other holidays, we do not guarantee delivery within the established timeframe.

We do not accept cash on delivery for orders over €300.00

Shipping to foreign countries has an additional cost that varies depending on the destination. You can request an estimate of shipping costs to foreign countriesby contacting our customer service.


Free Returns


The Customer can request Free Returns only and exclusively if still within the trial period. It is not valid for Accessories (Pairs of Colored Pillowcases, Sheet Sets and Replacement Covers).

For Pillows and Toppers, the Free Return period is 30 days from the receipt of the product.

For Mattresses and Nets, the Free Return period is 90 days from the receipt of the product.

The Customer should contact our customer support to submit the request. The Customer will be contacted by one of our operators who will provide him/her with directions for the free pickup.

In the event of proven construction defects (reported upon receipt of goods), the Customer may request a refund or replacement of goods at no additional cost by contacting our customer service department.


Right of Withdrawal

Accessories (Pairs of Colored Pillowcases, Sheet Sets and Replacement Covers) are not covered by the free return policy. However, they are covered by the Right of Withdrawal Guarantee, which gives the option to return, for any reason, the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred (of the purchase of the product) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right of withdrawal (within 14 days from the date of delivery), the Customer must contact our customer service department stating that they wish to withdraw all or part of the purchase. The merchandise to be returned, for right of withdrawal, must be CLOSED and NEVER USED and then returned to our reference warehouse in its original packaging at the Customer's expense. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the product refund


Refund

Delivery time at our warehouses can be up to 10 working days. Upon receipt of the goods, once the integrity of the returned Product has been verified, no later than 14 days, the Seller will refund the cost of the goods shipped. Excluded from the refund are the costs incurred in returning the goods, any cost of cash on delivery, any cost of Express delivery.
